Welcome to FourcardsAI ("the Service"). FourcardsAI is currently offered as a closed beta. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Beta access

The Service is provided as a closed, invite-only beta. Access may require an invite code and/or sign-in. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time, and the Service may be unavailable without notice. Beta access may be revoked at our discretion.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• generate or distribute harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs you receive. You are responsible for how you use any output. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete — verify anything important before relying on it.

4. Availability & usage limits

The Service may apply per-user usage limits and rate limits to keep it available for everyone. We may adjust these limits at any time.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that output will be accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FourcardsAI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
